Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist the establishment of guidelines and procedures for compliance monitoring internal checking and risk management
- Implement compliance assessment on regular basis
- Ensuring the compliance to all applicable laws and regulations and internal policies and guideline,
- Accessing and monitoring the regulatory compliance and AML/CFT
- Support daily operation which related to KYC/CDD,
- Be vigilant of change and update of rules laws and regulations which impact to Company's activities
- Communicate with regulator authorities and association in relation compliance matters
- Assist to ensure and identify the if any important internal guideline SOP or Policies to be created
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree of Business and/or Laws;
- Knowledge of NBC's Compliance and Internal Audit;
- Able to communicate in English Speaking and Writing;
- At least 2 3 years experiences or being working in Compliance, Internal Audit function
- Good knowledge of Computer literacy Microsoft Offices.
