Job Summary
- To ensure that the installation projects of elevators and escalators meet the company quality standard, and to perform other routine tasks such as janitorial work within established timing, quality and cost standards
Responsibilities and Duties
- Supervises installation activities to ensure that all established quality requirements are met or exceeded.
- Determines installation priorities based on established weekly work schedules.
- Interprets specifications and makes judgment about the acceptability of installation that is in process.
- Implements safety programs to ensure the safety of workers and working area.
- Coordinate with the builder and other contractors in order to have the installation progressed smoothly.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduated in Mechanical or Civil Engineering. Technical understanding of elevator and escalator
- Flexibility, conceptual thinking, good communication and human relations skills
- At least 3-4 years in construction/installation business
- Fair command of English
- Fair command of computer skills
