You will work under the guidance of senior creatives to bring innovative ideas to life through compelling visuals. This is a hands-on role for a motivated learner eager to contribute to award-winning projects from day one.

• Create engaging visual content for various platforms including social media, digital advertising, print collateral, and presentations.
• Collaborate with Copywriters, Art Directors, and the creative team to execute campaign concepts from initial layout to final asset delivery.
• Assist in developing brand identities, style guides, and visual systems for clients.
• Prepare and optimize graphics and layouts for different formats and channels.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and software to bring fresh ideas to the team.

• A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 1 professional design experience. A strong portfolio of academic, freelance, or internship projects is essential.
• Proficiency in core design software, primarily the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• A solid foundation in design principles (typography, layout, color theory, composition).
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs effectively.
• Good communication skills in English
