Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a detailed-oriented, passionate individual to plan and implement marketing operations and execution across Myanmar & Cambodia. This pivotal role encompasses the creation, upkeep, and seamless implementation of marketing operations. You will report to the Head of Marketing and work at the Phnom Penh office in Cambodia.

+ Marketing Campaigns:

• Assist in studying and providing ideas and directions on marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with Creative Team (copywriters and designers) to identify out-of-the-box, memorable campaign ideas.
• Propose appropriate target audiences and channels such as In-App, Social Media, Email, Web, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) pages.
• Assist in monitoring, planning, and executing consumer in-app communications, promotions, and rewards.
• Track and report on campaign performance in terms of reach, engagement, and conversion across all channels.
• Provide insights on the local market, industry trends, and competitor activities to recommend and develop strategies that meet the constantly evolving business landscape.

+ Marketing Operations:

• Ensure quality control and delivery of marketing assets and materials for consumers and partners such as flyers, door stickers, etc.
• Assist in managing end-to-end KOL content and relationships.
• Act as an app inventory sales agent and manage relationships with Ads clients.
• Execute house ads/paid ads inside the app.

• You have Heart, Hunger, Honour and Humility.
• You have a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations and/or Business Administration.
• You have 1-2 years of relevant marketing experience with a track record in planning integrated marketing strategies and executing campaigns.
• You have a a strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Burmese local language.
• You have great interpersonal skills to communicate well with stakeholders.
• You are energetic and enthusiastic; embracing opportunities to thrive in a dynamic & fast-paced environment.
• You have ability to multi-task comfortably to deliver on agreed deadlines.
• You are highly detail-oriented to ensure quality and accuracy of marketing messages across all communications channels.
• You have working knowledge of reporting software and office/presentation tools (Google Slides, Excel & Google Sheets, Word).

The Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in the food delivery or e-commerce industry would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of application set up would be beneficial.
