To sustain the momentum of our Digital Transformation, this proposal requests the addition of one Front-End Software Engineer. Expanding the team is critical to managing the significantly increased workload for digital solutions and UX/UI enhancements, ensuring we deliver high-quality results on schedule.

Front-End Development

• Develop modern, responsive web interfaces using React, Next.js, or Angular.

• Convert UI/UX wireframes and design prototypes into functional, high-quality components.

• Implement reusable components and front-end architecture following best practices.

Integration & Performance

• Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.

• Optimize application performance, loading speed, and responsiveness across devices.

• Troubleshoot and fix UI/UX defects, cross-browser issues, and layout inconsistencies.

Code Quality & Standards

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established coding conventions.

• Use AI tools such as GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT to enhance coding efficiency, testing, and automation.

Collaboration & Agile Delivery

• Collaborate closely with backend developers, QA engineers, designers, and business stakeholders.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Support unit testing, regression testing, and other QA activities to ensure high-quality releases.

Documentation & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain clear documentation for components, workflows, and technical decisions.

• Continuously learn emerging front-end technologies, frameworks, and tools.

• Propose and implement improvements related to UI/UX, performance, and development processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology

• 1–3+ years of experience in front-end development.

• Having good communication skills

• Able to speak English

• Front-End Skills: - JavaScript, TypeScript – React/NextJs (preferred), Angular

• HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap

• Responsive design & cross-browser compatibility

• Experience in using other frameworks or libraries to improve UI/UX and user experience

• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and JSON

• Basic knowledge of SQL/NoSQL is an advantage
