We are seeking highly motivated and qualified individuals to join our team as IT Operation & Support Trainee in Phnom Penh. This role involves monitoring and maintaining the company’s computer systems, installing and configuring hardware and software, and resolving technical issues as they arise.

• Install and configure the computer OS, Software/ Applications, Join domain systems (AD), Fonts.
• Install and troubleshoot on network printers, and scanners.
• Walk colleagues through steps to help them resolve common technical problems
• Monitoring and maintaining Internet, and Infra networks (Switch, Router, Firewall, Load balance, and AP Wi-Fi)
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Networking, or a related field.
• Experience in IT operations, maintenance, support, or similar roles.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, systems administration, Office 365, Active Directory (AD), and DNS services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in English and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
