The person is responsible for overseeing the technical maintenance and operations of properties. This role involves managing a team of technicians, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring all systems and equipment are functioning efficiently and safely.

• Liaising and coordinating with subcontractors
• Supervision and coordination of site personnel and subcontractors
• Manage day-to-day running of the site, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, effectively and on time
• Reporting of all relevant site activities and managing the quality of work performed
• Coordinate on-site operations from beginning to end, within agreed safety, time, cost and quality standards and objectives
• Manage site logistics, deliveries, and materials
• Oversee and manage Health and Safety
• Ensure site works are being performed in accordance with policies and plans
• Arrange and deliver meetings as necessary to facilitate construction works
• Receive and review shop drawings
• Provide regular progress updates and conduct regular project reviews with visiting contractors / Project Manager
• Perform other duties as assigned by line manager

• Proven track record with a developer or main contractor
• Ability to read and implement project drawings and identify potential problems
• Good timekeeping and attendance
• Excellent written and spoken communication
• Good all-round skills relating to building works and fit out
• Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge. AutoCAD knowledge is preferable
