Planning
- Prepare work activity plans for construction projects.
- Develop project schedules for construction.
- Prepare material purchasing and procurement plans for construction works
Management and Implementation
- Manage, supervise, and coordinate construction work.
- Inspect and review construction progress and performance.
- Verify technical specifications, material lists, and cost estimates (BOQ).
- Supervise and ensure construction work meets required quality and technical standards.
- Provide and review technical documentation and recommendations related to construction works.
- Manage and safeguard company properties at project sites.
- Monitor and evaluate subcontractor performance.
Communication and Coordination
- Communicate with project owners, authorities, contractors, on-site staff, and relevant stakeholders regarding construction projects.
- Coordinate and prepare letters and documentation related to construction activities.
- Coordinate and issue instructions or directives related to construction work.
Inspection and Reporting
- Review work progress reports and construction performance
- Analyze and evaluate work progress compared to the project plan.
- Prepare reports on project results, challenges, and ongoing activities to management.
- Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities as requested by management.
- Experience: Minimum 10 year
- Education: Master’s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- Languages: Khmer, English, or Chinese.
