The purpose of the Sales Consultant role is to actively promote and sell the company’s products and services to potential customers, increase brand awareness, and drive sales. This position involves engaging with customers, demonstrating product features, and providing product information in a persuasive and customer-focused manner

• Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
• Provide detailed information about products to customers.
• Prepare products and ensure they are stored in an organized manner.
• Monitor stock levels and assist the manager with product orders.
• Introduce customers to both new and existing products, inform them of product discounts, and explain payment and exchange policies.
• Ensure proper handling of products and verify that the quantity matches the amount ordered before delivery to customers, in order to prevent complaints and dissatisfaction.
• Respond to customer inquiries via the company’s Facebook page.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

• Experience in sales or retail, especially in a showroom setting
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good product knowledge and ability to explain features clearly
• Understand basic sales and promotional skills
• Adaptable and flexible with work hours, including weekends or evening. Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Chinese proficiency: Speaking & Listening (required)
• Sales, marketing, or customer service certifications (a plus)
• Experience in retail or showroom sales preferred
