Job Summary

This role is the head of the creative team who oversees the concept, vision, and style of projects.
Responsible for setting the overall creative direction (visuals, messaging, storytelling, branding).
Ensures the final output aligns with the brand identity, business goals, and client expectations.
Acting as a Creative Director is like the captain of the creative ship—guiding the team’s ideas, style, and execution to make sure the work is not only beautiful but also meaningful and effective.

Responsibilities and Duties

Vision & Concept: Defines the artistic and creative vision for campaigns, products, or media.
Leadership: Manages designers, copywriters, marketers, or other creative staff.
Strategy: Connects creativity with business/marketing strategy.
Quality Control: Reviews and approves final creative work.
Innovation: Brings fresh ideas and ensures originality.
Lead marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
Develop and execute AI-powered marketing campaigns tailored to financial products and services.
Use AI tools to enhance customer targeting and engagement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support brand. development and performance
Strong experience in marketing and digital strategy
Familiarity with AI tools and data-driven decision making
Prepare and submit a report promptly.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing and AI integration.
Strong understanding of financial services and customer behavior.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM platforms, and AI technologies.
Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
