Planning:

• Responsible for planning multi-channel content (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) based on content pillars, customer insights, and key messages.

Execution:

• Work closely with the Sales team to gather delivery information and proactively visit project sites to collect materials (photos/videos) of installed products at customers’ homes.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to capture customer insights and pain points before, during, and after product purchase.
• Create and produce content for communication channels: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Website, etc.
• Actively keep track of emerging content trends and new ways of delivering messages in the market to apply to daily work.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong logical thinking and customer-centric mindset.
• Good writing skills: logical, coherent, and grammatically correct.
• Basic knowledge of SEO; familiar with using WordPress for website content management.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, Google GA4, and Google Search Console.
• Ability to use basic design tools such as Canva or CapCut is a must.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign is a big plus.
• English proficiency is a must
