Responsibilities and Duties
- Clearly understand and enhance/improve the SOP of Warehouse & Logistics.
- Establish and monitor plans for ordering Raw Materials/ Packaging Materials and importing products.
- Make and prepare purchasing requisition plans. Issue with the purchasing requisition.
- Receive and manage stock records (QuickBooks/Excel file & others)for Raw Materials/ Packaging Materials/ Finished Goods
- in the warehouse.
- Generate inventory flow report (Raw Materials/ Packaging Materials).
- Enhance and continuously improve 5S in the warehouse.
- Perform other assignments as requested by management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Business or Economic.
- One year experience in the food Industry; or
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Can speak and written in English (Slightly good)
- Friendly, politely, and honesty
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Age not exceeding 30 years
