Responsibilities and Duties
- Deliver on product training programs and material development of the products.
- Field training sales team for product knowledge
- Collaborate with product, sales, and support teams to stay updated.
- Provide ongoing support and answer product-related queries.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and updates.
- Produce weekly and Monthly reports
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Proven experience in product/services training, or similar roles
- Good ability in English communication skills
- Good savy of computer literacy
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for training sessions.
