Job Summary
- We are looking for suitable staff for our restaurant at least 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity in the food and beverage industry
- Able to use Englist booth speaking and writing.Highly communicatiove to lead and motivate staff. Qaulity-driven with good understanding of local food and Beverage trends. Ability to work in a fast-paced enviroment.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Monitor food and beverage wastage
- Check QSC in the Restaurant
- Control kitchen and service staffs
- Control monthly cost to meet the management plan
- Schedule and train staffs
- Daily check grooming higient before operation
- Control selling KPI
- Report selling amount to management
- Daily order food and beverage to central stock and Kitchen
- Daily monitor restaurant equipment, and restaurant
- Daily control kitchen equipment
- Check monthly breakage
- Control security guard
