Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage the architect design project to meet the timeline, quality, technical, and client satisfaction
- Provide advice, recommendation, and problem resolution to architect team when project facing the complex technical problems
- Manage architect team to deliver the outstanding result, discipline, good teamwork, and professional grow
- Assign the projects/tasks to team members to match with their talents, schedule, and be supportive to them when is needed
- Manage the design project timeline, and follow up team to deliver the result
- Work closely with cross function to support and coordinate to ensure project moves smoothly
- Train and coach architect team members especially new technical skills, tech trend related to architect, software knowledge like Revit etc
- Regular meeting with architect team by weekly or monthly to fix and improve the internal architect operational flow and cross function
- Design the project where is needed
- Meeting with leads/clients when is needed to listen to their needs.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Architect (Master degree is a plus for shortlisting)
- Female candidate is a bonus for the selection
- At least 3 years experience in architect and at least 1 year in Senior role
- Good problem solving, leadership, and communication skills
- Be honest, flexible, accountable, and fast learner
- Willing to travel when is needed and learning new things.
