Team Leader Construction Supervisor is a highly skilled engineer to oversee all aspects of the Dam construction project. The ideal candidate will provide technical supervision, leadership, manage construction teams, ensure quality and safety, and coordinate with project stakeholders.

• Review detail design documents including other technical documents and feedback to Designer in order to ensure the construction aligns with the design documents
• Prepare Construction schedule and planning, project milestone, and construction methodology during design stage
• Lead and manage engineering team and subordinates in carrying out on-site consultant responsibilities
• Review and approve submission from Contractor such as shop drawings, As-built drawings, method of statement, material and equipment approval, calculation notes, O&M, source of material and equipment, subcontractor and supplier selection, and other technical submission
• Oversee and Supervise construction methodology & technique, outsourcing work, material selection, and cost control.
• Oversee and manage project budget, ensuring adherence to financial plans and identifying potential cost overruns
• Check and examine the modifications of original design, technical specifications, and drawings, related calculation and cost estimation which the Contractor proposes to meet the actual site condition, certify them if determined appropriate, and report them to Client for approval.
• Oversee and monitor project progress and tracking, prepare catch up schedule and identifies potential risks for construction • Review and certify work progress of Contractor
• Prepare project progress reports, observation reports, and final reports to management team and Client based on Client’s requirement
• Maintaining project documentation and record. To compile, check and record all information and data necessary for preparation of the project completion report, and submit to Client.
• Prepare a construction supervision manual for Client in order to facilitate Client to conduct their supervision of civil work in a satisfactory manner.
• Implements quality assurance and control program to ensure workmanship, materials and equipment of Contractor compliance with the project specification and requirement
• Conduct regular quality inspections, in-situ and laboratory tests, testing & commissioning.
• Monitor safety performance and investigates accidents
• Ensure Contractor’s performance to compliance with environmental regulations, project specification and requirements
• Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies
• Other tasks assigned by Team leader.

• Required degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resources, Irrigation and Drainage Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 20 years of professional experience in related field, construction supervision with international projects.
• Construction supervision experience with water resources/water supply/ irrigation and drainage sector / dam
• Demonstrated experience in managing construction teams and projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Proficient in the use of project management tools and software.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven experience working in Southeast Asian countries.
• Excellent English communication skills. (spoken and written).
• Holding a Professional Engineer license is a plus.
