Product Specialist is pivotal in driving product strategy, managing product lifecycle, and ensuring market success for innovative medical devices. The Product Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and meet the needs of healthcare professionals and patients.

• Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities for new product development and enhancements to existing products.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from conception through development, launch, and post-launch evaluation.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with R&D, marketing, sales, and regulatory teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, regulatory bodies, and internal teams.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to sales teams and healthcare professionals on product features and benefits.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyse product performance metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in medicine, pharmacy, nursing, Laboratory, or related field
• Freshly graduated or experienced is preferable.
• Selling skill, negotiation skill, and presentation skill
• Good in English (+Chinese or Thai preferable)
• Have enthusiasm and like to work in dynamic situations
• Initiative, ownership, and able to cope with stress
