Job Summary
  • Support the Country Manager in achieving business objectives by managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling communications.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Responsibilities and Duties

Health & Safety (WISE)

  • Contribute to the achievement of a Zero Accident during working hours through active participation in and support of the company's health & safety (WISE) program.

Local Code and Policies

  • Respect specific rules with Cambodia Milk Code for the marketing of products for infant and young child feeding which covers the requirements for WHO Code of Breast Milk Substitute.
  • Commit to follow the guidance of the Policy for the Marketing of Breast Milk Substitutes and Other Foods Intended for Infant and Young Children from time to time.
  • Assure adherence to all code of conduct, integrity, HCS Policy and other act/guidelines issued by the company from time to time

Calendar Management

  • Maintain and manage Country Manager’s business calendar, schedule meetings and appointments.

Event Coordination

  • Organize conferences, meetings, and functions hosted by the Country Manager, including logistical arrangement for guests.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting documents for the Country Manager.
  • Manage monthly travel and entertainment expense, including budgeting, preparing, and processing expense claims.
  • Supporting the Management Team with business travel arrangement and other logistical requirements.

Information Consolidation

  • Obtain and consolidate information and data analysis required for the Country Manager’s reports and presentations.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related filed
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or Personal Assistant to a senior executive.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Able to communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
