• The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development, execution, and completion of projects within the Special Economic Zone (SEZ).
• This role is critical in ensuring that all projects align with the strategic objectives of the SEZ and are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Project Planning & Design

• Lead the planning and implementation of project initiatives within the SEZ.
• Develop full-scale project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Project Execution & Management

• Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the project activities.
• Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Manage the budget and ensure financial accountability.

Compliance & Quality Control

• Ensure projects comply with relevant regulations and quality standards.
• Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of project documentation and reports.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
• Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings and provide updates to the general manager.
• Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to obtain the best terms and prices.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead and motivate project teams; manage subcontractors and consultants.
• Provide direction and support to project team members.
• Foster a collaborative work environment within the team.

Qualifications and Experiences:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in economic zones, real estate development, or related sectors.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects from conception to completion.
• Familiarity with SEZ regulations and economic development strategies.

Technical Skill

• Strong project management skills, including knowledge of project management tools and software.
• Financial acumen to manage budgets and conduct financial analysis.
• Understanding of procurement, contracts, and compliance requirements.
