Responsibilities and Duties

Identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with potential clients.
Collaborating with other departments, including marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to client acquisition and retention.
Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share and profitability.
Establishing and maintaining good relationships with new and existing clients.
Overseeing the sales process, from initial contact through to closing the deal.
Ensuring that sales team members have the necessary training, resources, and support to achieve their goals.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Sales Manager role within a financial services company. (Within a SERC licensed derivative broker in Cambodia is preferred.)
Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, and marketing, or a related field.
Fluency in English and Khmer. (Preferred.)
Having a Derivative Representative License is preferred. (Licensed by SERC)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs and CRM software. (Preferred.)
Solid knowledge in sales and marketing gained through extensive experience.
A strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong business-related knowledge.
