The primary role of a Sales Team Leader is to manage a team, ensuring that all members are working towards the targets set by the management and providing excellent customer care.

• SELL is the primary responsibility of Team Leader, achieved through the mantra: CALL, CALL, CALL!
• Assisting with training and in-service education of all Customer Representatives (CRs).
• To build a culture of continual learning and share creative ideas/resources with the team.
• Ensuring all team members are working towards daily targets and maintaining high customer care standards.
• Monitoring team progress, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing enhancements.
• Supervising CRs daily, monitoring all work assignments, and ensuring their timely and efficient completion.
• Providing weekly performance reports on project status to the Sales Manager.
• Maintaining team morale and fostering a work environment that is both friendly and competitive.
• Managing regular one-on-one meetings to address individual challenges, provide training, and set personal goals.
• Managing conflicts within the team. Identify possible sales problems and execute strategies to overcome them.
• Develop lead-generating methods in collaboration with marketing departments.
• Ensure effective lead management and team member distribution.
• Follow the progression of leads in the sales process and take the necessary steps to move them forward.
• Stay updated with Forex market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Maintain strong connections with high-value clients and offer individual assistance

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, and marketing, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Khmer. (Preferred.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs and CRM software. (Preferred.)
• Critical problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions quickly.
• Solid knowledge in sales and marketing gained through extensive experience.
• A strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong business-related knowledge.
