Job Summary
- RM Commercial responds to finding customers in corporate loans, and SME loans, as per the target set by the head of commercial aligned with the bank strategy.
Responsibilities and Duties
- To support the credit application process in accordance to credit policy and guidelines.
- Checking Credit Proposal/Credit Review & Renew/e-Proposal/e-Memo, including newly applied, renewal OD, Additional loan
- To achieve the target, set up a business plan; Market of industries, position & location, promotion & price strategy, and management of risk.
- Improvement of loan product quality as well as interaction with customers in possible solutions to solve their different financial problems.
- Researching and analyzing the market to identify new marketing strategies.
- Assessment of credit proposal to minimize credit risk and reduce NPL cases
- Other tasks will be assigned by the credit marketing head.
Qualifications and Skills
- Holding bachelor/Master’s degree in banking & finance or equivalent in a relevant field
- At least 3 years of working experience with financial institutions
- Well understand about banking operations
- Strong leadership, and management to lead/coach/train team
- Proficiency in Speaking, Writing English and Chinese is a plus
- Result-oriented, negotiation, and high commitment to achieving target
- Good personality, honesty, fast learner
