Hiring Position: Internal Audit Manager

Line Manager: Senior Business Internal Auditor (Thailand)

Location: FWD Head Office, Phnom Penh

We are seeking highly motivated and qualified individuals to join our team as Internal Auditor Manager, Based at FWD head office, Phnom Penh.

This role is supporting business and IT audits to provide independent reasonable assurance to key stakeholders (Ex: management, audit committee) regarding financial, operational, and compliance objectives of the organization.

• Assist the full audit cycle of business and IT audits and communicate findings and areas for improvement to the local management, senior and/ or junior staffs.
• Conduct follow up reviews to ensure effective remediation of audit findings and positive improvement and impact to the control environment.
• Assist the development of the three-year audit plan and the annual audit plan by performing risk assessments with second line and other key stakeholder.
• Prepare papers for local and Group reporting.
• Perform another task as assigned by manager.

• Bachelor’s degree holder in accounting, finance or equivalent
• Professional qualification in internal audit or accountancy. (Eg: CIA, ACCA, CPA)
• More than 8 years of internal/ external audit experience in insurance/ financial institution, preferably with IT General Controls background.
• Strong understanding of life insurance business, local regulatory requirements.
• Strong knowledge of internal audit methodologies, risk, and controls.
• Strong communication and writing skills in Khmer and English.
• Experience in data analytics is an advantage.
