Position level: Assistant

Report to: Interpreting Support Supervisor

Pay scale: $US 250 - $US 400

• Cooperate with Sales Team in terms of price, rate, availability of interpreters, CV arrangement for IN project and registration of service order number in system.
• Assist the IN-Support supervisor to prepare schedule planning for the interpreter, booth, and headset/sound system via telegram and Outlook.
• Assist the IN-Support supervisor to plan the timetable and stay in touch with all parties involved, such as clients, interpreters, freelancer, booth and headset preparers, both before and during the event.
• Assist the IN-Support for updating Sales Team in case of overtime or any change to rate or price after service order registration.
• Prepare documents and service orders to keep in the archives.
• Follow up to ensure document completed as per request.
• Report complains to supervisor.
• Perform other duties as requested by the supervisor/company.

• Be at least a university student.
• Be good in written and speaking English and business communication.
• Have computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook,…etc.).
• Be a quick learner and solution-based person.
• Have attention to detail.
• Be persistence and helpful.
• Be honest and transparent about one’s errors and accept changes.
• Be able to respond positively and adapt appropriately to feedback and suggestions.
