Support HR/GA/Finance manager a range of administrative and general affair and HR functions.
REPORT TO: HR/GA/Finance Manager
Working Schedule: Mon – Fri (8:00-17:00); SAT (8:00-12:00)
- Provide a wide range of administrative and support duties.
- Support HR functions including recruitment process, onboarding.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable labor law requirements by the government, maintaining records, and representing the company.
- Maintain and update employee records, leave of absence, and company calendar.
- Prepare and maintain all documents including employment agreement, project contracts, and other correspondences.
- Processing internal arrangements such as training sessions, and team-building events.
- Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries
- Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken
- University graduate in business administration
- Experience at least 2 year for admin work or related matter
- Self-improvement, working dependently and friendly manner
- Good command on English language and good computer skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
