Job Summary

To tactically drive Fortune Life’s Agency Growth strategy and annual sales target through the recruitment

continuous development of sales and sales management capability.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Working with other relevant teams, to ensure the very best level of service is provided to Fortune Life’s agents, sales office staff and customers, e.g. Distribution Administration and Sales Training.
  • Ensuring recruitment activity always remains in line with the Agency Growth plan.
  • Being actively involved in the development and implementation of practical, skills-based onboarding training and continuous professional development curricula for sales managers and agents. This must be considered ‘best in class’ in the Cambodia life insurance market.
  • Training, coaching, mentoring and seeking to develop the individual capability of all members of the Agency force.
  • Quickly developing and deploying practical improvement measures when minimum performance, service, and /or persistency standards are not being met. These might be process and/or people-related.
  • Delivering sales presentations to promote agents
  • Constantly seeking to identify and develop new sales and distribution opportunities for Fortune Life, as well as ways in which the Company’s agents can positively differentiate from its competitors in Cambodia.
  • Being a champion of Fortune Life’s Core Values and Behaviors in everything you do.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in the life insurance industry, with a strong track record in sales trainer ideally with a multinational insurer.
  • Deep understanding of the Cambodia life insurance market with a strong agency network.
  • Proven track record of building effective sales teams and developing sales capability.
  • Positive attitude and a cultural fit to our organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building and customer service skills.
  • Strong leadership with demonstrable sales management expertise, including mentoring and coaching.
  • An energetic and enthusiastic self-starter that is results-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
