Responsibilities and Duties

Handle and manage overall freight forwarding operations and sales activities
Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, airlines, shipping lines, truckers, and customs brokers
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Prepare quotations and follow up on business opportunities
Ensure smooth operational handling and service performance
Work independently and manage daily tasks effectively
Report directly to the Managing Director

Qualifications and Skills

2-3 years’ experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or related industry
Good knowledge of air freight, sea freight, trucking, and customs clearance processes
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently with strong responsibility and commitment
Sales-oriented mindset with good customer service skills
Good command of English, both written and spoken
