Responsibilities and Duties
  • Coordinate full-cycle recruitment for both fields (technicians, cleaners, laborers) and back-office roles (admin, finance, HR, etc.).
  • Post job openings, screen CVs, conduct phone screenings, and schedule interviews.
  • Collaborate with Operations and all support departments to understand manpower needs and hiring priorities.
  • Conduct interviews, assist with candidate evaluations, and support pre-employment checks.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, gather hiring documents, and lead onboarding coordination.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines by networking with schools, technical institutions, and industry platforms.
  • Attend job fairs and recruitment events to strengthen company visibility and candidate reach.
  • Keep recruitment databases and master lists accurate and up to date.
  • Ensure timely weekly and monthly reporting of hiring progress and candidate status.
  • Provide clear communication and guidance to candidates, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Maintain high confidentiality, data accuracy, and professionalism throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in additional HR and recruitment support tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Native Khmer speaker with good proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR, with proven ability in both frontline (technician/laborer) and back-office hiring.
  • Preferably in both blue-collar and white-collar hiring.
  • Experience working with recruitment systems, social media platforms, and candidate tracking tools is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Khmer and English.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong time management.
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)
  • Familiar with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Telegram, Messenger, and other local job boards.
  • Team player, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Recruitment Expertise: Skilled in full-cycle recruitment, from job posting to onboarding, for both high-volume and specialized roles.
  • Sourcing & Networking: Able to proactively build talent pipelines through online channels, referrals, events, and institutional partnerships.
  • Communication: Clear, professional verbal and written communication in both Khmer and English.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, respectful, and confident when working with a wide range of people—from field workers to department heads.
  • Organization & Time Management: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Proficient in maintaining recruitment databases, generating hiring reports, and handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to adapt to changing priorities or hiring volumes.
  • Team Collaboration: Works well with others in a team-based culture, especially with Operations and HR partners.
