Reporting to: Supply Chain Operations Manager

As an assistant logistics manager focused on 3PLs Operation Management, you will be responsible for overseeing third-party logistics providers to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality logistics services. Your role will be critical in managing inbound and outbound logistics, coordinating with customs brokers, warehousing, transportation, and distribution activities, while driving continuous improvement and maintaining strong relationships with logistics partners.

• Manage daily operations and performance of third-party logistics (3PL) providers, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), and cost targets.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities, including shipment scheduling, and inventory transfers.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Products, Operation, Sourcing, and Planning) to align logistics operations with business needs.
• Coordinate with customs brokers and freight forwarders for smooth import/export clearance.
• Reviewing shipping and customs documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations, including tariff classifications, duties, and import/export restrictions.
• Stay updated on customs regulations and inform relevant teams of changes.
• Support customs audits with accurate documentation and records.
• Review 3PL performance regularly and take action to improve service.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency, reduce lead times, optimize costs, and support logistics budgeting, cost tracking, and reporting activities.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns to management when necessary.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, International Trade or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably with direct involvement in managing 3PLs.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes, customs procedures, transportation management, and warehouse operations.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate service agreements.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics/WH management systems (e.g., D365FO, WMS).
