The Compliance Officer prepares regulatory correspondence and compliance records, collects supporting information from internal departments, and coordinates assigned submissions and follow-up with the National Bank of Cambodia (NBC). The relevant departments will provide source information and supporting documents, while the company will provide guidance and templates.

• Prepare and maintain compliance records, regulatory letters, reports, and supporting documents.
• Collect and organize information and evidence provided by the responsible departments.
• Coordinate assigned regulatory submissions and follow-up with NBC under management’s direction.
• Track requests, submission deadlines, responses, and outstanding actions; update management on progress.
• Check documents for completeness and accuracy before submitting them for review and approval.
• Maintain confidential and orderly files of regulatory correspondence and submission history.
