The Inventory Controller is responsible for managing and overseeing inventory levels, ensuring accuracy of stock records, and maintaining efficient inventory systems. This role requires strong computer proficiency and the ability to work with inventory management systems.

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records across all locations
• Perform regular stock counts (cycle counts and full stock takes) and reconcile discrepancies
• Ensure proper documentation of all inventory movements (receiving, transfers, returns, adjustments)
• Coordinate with warehouse, retail, and purchasing teams to ensure stock availability
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, shortages, and overstock situations
• Generate and maintain inventory reports using system tools
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal control procedures
• Investigate and resolve inventory variances in a timely manner
• Support system improvements and implementation of inventory control processes
• Maintain accurate product coding, SKU management, and system updates
• Other tasks as requested from Line Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse management
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, SUM, SUMIFS, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Understanding of accounting principles is an advantage
• Strong understanding of inventory control principles and practices.
