- Update the new booking on the system.
- Place booking to Airlines/Carriers
- Release booking to shipper
- Coordinate with broker/carrier for cargo check-in
- Issue draft HAWB/HBL and check draft MAWB/MBL
- Upload pre-alert and finalize shipment plan in the system
- Submit costing and issue PL sheet to FIN team
- Checking the airfreight rate with the carrier
- giving new ideas & finding new techniques to ensure a smooth handling for the team, Comply with the Company policy
- Work directly with the FIN team for invoice issues and work directly with the OPS team for clearance documents issues.
- Communicate with the supplier/customer for export operation
- Able to use English for business communication; other language is a plus.
- Good computer skills (MS Office, internet, and Typing)
- Min 1- 2 years of experience in logistics, Sea/Air Operation
- Hard-working, punctual, and result-oriented person.
- Willing to learn and do an extra job to gain more knowledge.
Working Condition:
- Monday to Friday + Saturday (half day)
- Working time: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Holiday, in accordance with the Ministry of Labor Announcement and code
- Location: 1406 Floor, Flatiron by Meridian Building, Boeng Kork, Phnom Penh
