We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Australian Education & Migration Support Specialist | Content and Communications Creator to join our growing team. This dual-role position is ideal for a candidate who is passionate about international education, experienced in migration support, and skilled in creating compelling digital content. The successful applicant will be responsible for guiding international students through the Australian education system, supporting them with course selection, enrolments, and visa applications: including student, graduate, and skilled migration pathways.
We highly encourage members of the LGBTIQA+ community to apply, as we are proud to be migration agent of the Welcome Here project, committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace.
In addition to providing high quality client support, the candidate will be responsible for developing engaging and culturally appropriate communications across various digital platforms. This includes creating informative content that enhances client understanding, promotes our services, and strengthens our brand presence. A sound knowledge of Australian migration procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential. If you are someone who thrives in a client-centred, culturally diverse environment and enjoys blending administrative precision with creative outreach, we would love to hear from you.
Important Note: As this position involves supporting clients with migration related processes, applicants must understand that you are not permitted to provide immigration advice. Providing such advice without registration is a serious offence under the Migration Act 1958. All visa related tasks will be conducted under the direct supervision of our Registered Migration Agent (MARN 2217981). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, client liaison, and documentation assistance only, while ensuring that all immigration advice and decision making remains the responsibility of our licensed migration professional. This ensures full compliance with Australian migration law and OMARA regulations.

This is not a full-time position, and candidates who are currently employed full-time elsewhere may find it difficult to meet the demands of this role. We are seeking someone who has genuine availability and flexibility, with the capacity to commit equivalent time to a part-time employee. While the working hours are flexible, availability on weekends is essential.
We strongly encourage applications from individuals who identify as LGBTIQA+ and those who live close to Factory Phnom Penh or can easily travel to and from the office, as this role may require in-person attendance on short notice. The nature of the position is time-sensitive and dynamic, requiring the ability to respond quickly to tasks such as last-minute meetings for example, being available within 48 hours for a visiting university delegation from Australia etc.
The successful candidate will be trained and developed to eventually take on a lead role and act as the official representative of the business in Cambodia. From time to time, the role may also involve international travel to support our business partnerships and growth initiatives.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate, committed, and ready to grow with a values driven organisation focused on migration, education, and community empowerment.
