We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant (Telesales) to join our growing international team. In this role, you will contact and support potential B2B clients over the phone in your native or fluent language (French, German, Turkish, or English). You will present company products and services, consult with clients, and work closely with the team to close deals. This is a full-time, office-based position with excellent base salary and high commission potential.

• Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients using provided leads
• Introduce and promote the company’s services and solutions
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable services
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Follow up on leads and manage your sales pipeline
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Report sales activity and results to the team leader
• Participate in regular sales meetings and trainings

• Fluency in French, German, Turkish, or English (native or near-native level)
• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or a related field is a plus
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Confident, motivated, and result-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM tools
• Team player with a positive and professional attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
