We are seeking highly motivated and qualified individuals to join our team as Internal Audit Manager. This role will support business and IT audits to provide independent reasonable assurance to key stakeholders regarding financial, operational, and compliance objectives of the organization. 

• Assist the full audit cycle of business and IT audits and communicate findings and areas for improvement to the local management, senior and/ or junior staffs.
• Conduct follow up reviews to ensure effective remediation of audit findings and positive improvement and impact to the control environment.
• Assist the development of the three-year audit plan and the annual audit plan by performing risk assessments with second line and other key stakeholders.
• Prepare papers for local and Group reporting.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager. 

• Bachelor’s degree holder in accounting, finance or equivalent.
• Professional qualification in internal audit or accountancy. (e.g. CIA, ACCA, CPA)
• Strong understanding of life insurance business, local regulatory requirements.
• Strong knowledge of internal audit methodologies, risk and controls.
• Strong communication and writing skills in Khmer and English.
• Experience in data analytics is an advantage
• Over 6 years of internal and external audit experience in insurance or financial institutions, preferably with recent experience working with stakeholders or companies from other Asian regions
