Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and purpose-driven individuals to join our team as Life Insurance Agents. In this role, you will help families protect their financial future while building a rewarding and entrepreneurial career with FWD Cambodia.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Participate in all required training and development programs required by both Insurance Regulator of Cambodia (IRC) and FWD Cambodia.
- Join regular sales-coaching and mentoring sessions.
- Promote and sell life insurance products and deliver excellent customer service to customers.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must be 18 years old or above.
- Minimum High School Diploma.
- Passionate about sales and helping people.
- Believing in the value of life insurance.
- Self-driven, independent, and entrepreneurial mindset.
