The Admin for Legal & Registration supports the legal/registration function of the agency: handling registrations, licences, permits, regulatory filings, document control, liaising with authorities, and ensuring the company is compliant with local business and corporate law requirements.
- Assist with the registration and licensing of the agency and any of its subsidiary or client entities: prepare applications, supporting documents, submit to authorities, follow up until completion.
- Maintain and update registration records: company incorporation details, changes in shareholders or directors, business licences, permits, renewals.
- Liaise with Cambodian government authorities and regulators (e.g., Ministry of Commerce, General Department of Taxation, local municipalities) to ensure proper submission of required materials.
- Organise, file and archive legal documents: contracts, licences, company statutory books, registration certificates.
- Monitor deadlines for renewals of licences and permits, alert management of upcoming expiry and coordinate renewal process.
- Support legal department with translations (Khmer-English) of registration/permit documents, and general legal administrative tasks.
- Provide general administrative support: arranging meetings, tracking tasks, drafting letters to authorities, supporting document workflows.
- Stay updated on relevant Cambodian registration, corporate and regulatory requirements and alert management when changes affect the business.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a registration/licensing, legal administrative or compliance support role in Cambodia (agency and/or service industry preferred).
- Good knowledge of Cambodian company law, licensing & registration procedures and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication skills in Khmer and good command of English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel), comfortable preparing documentation and filing.
- Professional, reliable, able to liaise with external authorities and internal stakeholders, maintain confidentiality.
