• Responsible for conducting the value proposition demo (VPD) in farmer fields within the assigned territory.
• Data generation on product value delivery, FABs, KPIs, KPMs and ROI in comparison with market standards.
• Support in developing in technical contents and market communication material.
• Work closely with DG/ sales function for product value establishment and demand generation.
• Collecting customer’s feedback on product performance (crop safety, pest control efficacy, crop health, and yield) during the VPD.
• Building a network with farmers in the assigned territory.
• Collaborating with the field R&D team to evaluate product performance and incorporate farmer feedback.
• Supporting the local marketing and demand generation team in product launches and seminars.
• Collaborating with other functions to prepare field demos and training materials for product launches and external events.
• Working with academia and local government departments on product endorsement and accelerate product adoption.
• Supporting product technology transfer in internal meetings, farmer gatherings, and assigned training events.
• Providing monthly updates on crop planting/growth stages, pest forecasting, and market intelligence.
• Competence/ Capability building of external/ internal partners on products, technologies, crop agronomy through classroom and on-field training programs.

• University graduate, preferably in Crop protection, Crop Sciences and related biology fields.
• Fresh graduate to 5 years of experience in crop protection industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel within the assigned territory, with travel time up to 70%.
• Willing to work with farmers, retailer, academia and government officials.
• Can communicate in English; proficiency in English is a plus.
