Central Medicare is seeking a motivated and organized individual to oversee the daily operations of our retail business. You will be the bridge between our storefronts and our business goals, ensuring that our retail operations run smoothly and efficiently.

• Daily Operations: Monitor and manage the day-to-day activities of the retail outlets.
• Inventory Management: Ensure stock levels are maintained, oversee ordering processes, and minimize wastage or expiries.
• Sales Performance: Track retail KPIs and implement strategies to meet monthly sales targets.
• Staff Leadership: Supervise retail staff, provide training on customer service excellence, and manage scheduling.

• Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a retail business environment (any retail experience is a plus).
• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, Strong leadership, organizational skills, and a results-oriented mindset and basic knowledge in retail POS systems.
• Attributes: High attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Education: Diploma/Degree in Business or a related field preferred.
• Availability: Must be able to start as soon as possible (Immediate Vacancy).
