This role is responsible for calculating and processing variable bonus, monthly bonus, quarterly bonus, annual bonus, campaign/incentive and periderm to sales force (Banca Life Planners) as well as commission to bank partners, brokers.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders such as Finance, HR, PD team and partners on compensation and incentive aspects.
- Responsible for managing all compensations and incentives for frontline sales and partners from traditional and non-traditional.
- Managing end-to-end process for commission to the partner starting from calculating, verify with Finance Operation Team, pass to the bank to get confirmation and process payment by following the Distribution Agreement.
- Responsible for preparing and calculating the tactical campaign payments to frontline sales and partners.
- Work directly and closely with partner on certain request reports or requirements (MEF Reports….).
- Provide an interim FIT, BLP validation and PD SIP per requirement.
- Provide monthly an interim accrual figure of tactical campaigns to Finance Team.
- Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual incentive number of frontline sales to HR per requirement.
- Work closely with IT team on Compensation System enhancement both on UR and UAT to maintain high quality of compensation and incentive report.
- Work closely with PD's strategic planning team about compensation and incentive roll out to frontline sales team and partners.
- Perform other responsibilities and projects periodically assigned by direct manager and CPDO in order to fulfill the business requirement.
