Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor or master degree in chemistry or chemical Engineering, or related field and/or Sound Experience and/or knowledge in Electroplating, background jewelry be an advantage.
Minimum 3 years working experience in chemistry engineering/production, developing and supporting the plating process expertise and analytical skills.
Strong experience making physical-chemical analyses of the baths & industrial waters such as determining metals & salts, pH, hull cell, electrical conductivity, etc.
Relevant experience with facility support for plating lines such as wastewater treatment, air exhaust etc.
Experience in the development of plating jigs
Strong experience managing projects, especially the ones related to technology/process development
Manufacturing KPI's driven, especially Quality Yields.
Good Interpersonal Skills with the right communication level including good English (both written and spoken)
Familiarity with computer applications (Ms. Office, ERP)
Knowledge: planning production, quality control, and leading team.
