Responsibilities and Duties

Farm Management and Planning: Oversee and develop plans for effective farm operations.
Land Preparation and Eucalyptus Care: Prepare land and ensure proper care of eucalyptus plantations.
Sub-Contractor Coordination: Identify and hire sub-contractors for eucalyptus planting activities.
Workforce Management: Supervise sub-contractors and workers at the job site to ensure efficient operations.
Farmer Support: Provide guidance to farmers cultivating eucalyptus to optimize yield per hectare.

Qualifications and Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree in Agriculture or a related field.
Gender: Male.
Age: Between 20-35 years old.
GPA Requirements:
Associate’s degree: Minimum GPA of 2.5.
Bachelor’s degree: Minimum GPA of 2.25.
Language Proficiency: Must be able to communicate effectively in Thai.
