The Business Partner Engagement Specialist is a member of Grab’s Operations team who is responsible and accountable for optimal level of supply to cover all the demand for all verticals and give the opportunity to all drivers to earn more income from Grab Platform.

• Plan, Propose and execute driver reward programs and initiatives on both online and offline channels.
• Push on reward loyalty program on Grab Drivers App
• Lead the on-ground effort to provide monthly benefits to drivers.
• Initiate and lead the monthly, quarterly events.
• Work closely related team to onboarding new partners to offer special discount to drivers partner for all verticals and all cities which available Grab services.
• Build the strong relationships among drivers and drivers in community also between Grab and drivers’ community.
• Support and build good communication with driver leaders.
• Escalate and track every on-ground and driver issues.

• Graduated of bachelor degree of Management, Marketing and relevant
• 2–3-year experiences as Event Coordinator, Marketing, Sales or similar is a plus
• Familiar experiences in ride-hailing, transport, food delivery field are a plus.
• Familiar experiences of on-ground activities are a plus.
• Flexible and fast learning to catch up with time-to-time business change.
• Be able to speak and communicate day to day work in English - Conversational Level
• Good at Words, Excel, and Presentation
• Thrive in a team environment but can work independently as well.
