Job Summary

The Product Trainer is responsible for delivering in-depth training on the company’s electronic products to internal teams, sales partners, and retailers. This role ensures that all stakeholders are well-informed about product features, benefits, usage, troubleshooting, and competitive advantages. The goal is to increase product knowledge, improve sales capability, and enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Develop and deliver engaging product training sessions for sales teams, technicians, and retail partners
  • Create training materials, presentations, manuals, and guides tailored to different audiences
  • Conduct training via in-person workshops, online webinars, and video tutorials
  • Provide onboarding product training for new employees and channel partners
  • Stay updated with product updates, new launches, and industry trends to ensure accurate training delivery
  • Work closely with product development, marketing, and customer service teams to gather product knowledge and customer feedback
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements based on participant feedback and performance metrics
  • Support product launches with pre-launch training and promotional material
  • Visit key partners or retail locations for on-site training when required.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, International Relation, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in product training, technical support, or product marketing (preferably in the electronics or consumer tech industry).
  • Strong knowledge of electronic products and technology trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to simplify technical information for diverse audiences.
  • Experience with training tools, e-learning platforms, and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, LMS, Zoom, etc.).
  • Willingness to travel for training sessions and product launches.
