The Business Development & Partnerships (BD&P) team at Grab Cambodia drives ecosystem expansion through strategic collaborations with corporates, hospitality partners, and local businesses. By linking Grab’s technology with tourism, transport, and enterprise clients, we create value for partners while fueling Grab’s long-term growth in the Cambodian market.
Get to Know the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Supervisor, BD & Partnerships (Contract) to identify, structure, and execute strategic partnerships that drive growth across Grab’s ecosystem in Cambodia.
This is a contract-based, execution-focused role responsible for expanding Grab’s presence across key cities through partnerships spanning transport and deliveries, corporate solutions, and strategic sponsorships. You will play a critical role in unlocking new business and demand, improving user experience, and driving revenue through both new initiatives and scaled programs.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
Partnership Development & Growth
- Identify, develop, and close partnerships across multiple verticals including transport, corporate (Grab for Business and GrabGifts), food, mart, and strategic collaborations.
- Drive adoption of Grab solutions such as Grab for Business, transport concierge services, and other ecosystem offerings.
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders including corporates, property owners, developers, and ecosystem partners.
- Support expansion into new demand channels through creative and high-impact partnerships.
New Initiatives & Special Projects (e.g., Food Lockers, PUDO)
- Lead initiatives to expand strategic partnerships and alliances in key cities to improve Grab’s visibility, accessibility, and user experience.
- Support business development efforts for special projects and other growth initiatives.
- Pitch, negotiate, and onboard corporate and ecosystem partners.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure successful implementation and scaling of initiatives.
Sponsorships & Strategic Partnerships
- Support the sourcing, negotiation, and execution of sponsorships and small- to large-scale partnerships.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to deliver integrated partnership campaigns, MoUs, and activations.
- Ensure partnerships deliver both strong brand impact and commercial value.
- Ensure compliance of all initiatives and contracts in collaboration with Legal, Finance, and Product teams.
- Track and report performance across partnerships and initiatives (e.g., adoption, usage, revenue impact).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- 2–6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, consulting, or B2B sales
- Proven track record of closing deals or managing impact-generating partnerships
- Strong commercial and analytical thinking (comfortable with numbers, pricing, and ROI discussions)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (ability to influence senior stakeholders)
- Strong stakeholder management across cross-functional teams
- Self-starter with a bias for action in a fast-paced environment
