Responsibilities and Duties

Public Affairs for Cambodia: 

  • Identify, assess, and address public policy risks and opportunities.
  • Build and implement stakeholder engagement strategies with government bodies, NGOs, scientific leaders, and trade associations.
  • Lead the company’s representation and influence in key industry and public forums.
  • Support the management team with public affairs positioning and engagement.
  • Maintain alignment with company’s global "One Voice" advocacy framework.
  • Coordinate company’s representation in industry associations and regulatory dialogues.

Sustainability for Cambodia:

  • Lead the development and execution of local sustainability initiatives in Cambodia.
  • Ensure alignment with national regulatory expectations and community needs.
  • Design and manage projects that address social, health, or environmental challenges within the local context.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, NGOs, and government stakeholders to deliver measurable community impact.
  • Monitor, track, and report on the effectiveness of local programs and partnerships.
  • Serve as a key contact point for Cambodia sustainability-related matters and public-private partnerships

Sustainability for Regional:

  • Lead the Company Way roadmap and coordinate B-Corp assessment and progress across region.
  • Develop and scale sustainability programs that address health, social, and environmental priorities at the regional level.
  • Engage with NGOs, government partners, and communities to co-create impactful programs.
  • Monitor and report on execution of company projects across the region.
  • Align sustainability initiatives with local government priorities and company’s regional commitments.
  • Ensure governance, funding management, and project tracking across the cluster
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in law, Public Policy, Political Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
  • Regional experience working across SEA countries.
  • Proven project management and stakeholder engagement expertise.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • NGO, government, or regulatory body collaboration experience is essential
  • 5-7 years in Public Affairs, Government Relations, CSR, or Sustainability roles; FMCG experience preferred.
  • Strong network and experience engaging Cambodia and SEA government bodies (e.g., MOH, MOT, MOF, Halal agencies).
  • Experience in stakeholder mapping, policy advocacy, and external influence strategies.
  • Strong understanding of community development and environmental sustainability programs.
  • Track record in leading high-impact projects and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Familiarity with certification frameworks such as B-Corp and sustainability assessments.
  • Strong leadership, influence, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term vision with day-to-day execution.
