- Strategy Implementation Coordination: Summarizing the strategic directives outlined by the company management and compiling actionable items. Ensuring effective communication and execution of these action items across different departments.
- Cross-Departmental Facilitation: Acting as a liaison between department heads to facilitate the execution of strategic initiatives. Coordinating follow-ups and ensuring timely implementation of action items.
- Project Management: Utilizing project management methodologies and tools to oversee the progress of strategic initiatives. Developing project plans, and monitoring timelines, milestones, and resource allocation to ensure successful implementation.
- Management Dashboard Development: Creating and maintaining management dashboards using business intelligence tools like Power BI. Providing the GM with real-time insights into the company's business dynamics.
- International Project Management: Applying project management professionalism to new project launches and implementations
- Collaborating with headquarters (HQ) for reporting, projections, and information gathering.
- Years of Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of experience in project management roles, preferably in logistics or related fields.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics Management, Project Management, or a relevant field.
Essential Skills:
- Project Management Qualification: Preference for candidates with a recognized project management certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), PRINCE2, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Certified Project Manager (CPM).
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal departments, external stakeholders, and headquarters.
- Strong leadership abilities to drive cross-functional teams towards project goals.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects, timelines, and resources efficiently.
- Proficient problem-solving skills to address challenges and mitigate risks during project execution.
- Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Fluency in English for effective communication with international stakeholders and HQ
- Language: English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with project management software and business intelligence tools like Power BI.
