Responsibilities and Duties
- Installation master data (monthly)
- Job site survey and make report (before install)
- Make BOQ for local materials (by project)
- Materials request and inventory for project (by project)
- Template setting calculation (by project)
- Overall installation schedule (before project start)
- Installation progressive report (Daily) Monitor work processed
- Unloading/delivery certificate to (customer sign)
- Weekly update meeting report
- Completed installation report to (customer sign)
- Monthly Safety patrol
- Coordinate with owner, Main contractor for installation progressive.
- Control installation quality and safety follow company's standard as well.
- Calculate load function area/equipment for loading equipment in job site.
- Control projects cost and expense.
- Control installation tools as well.
- Handing over elevator and escalator to customer
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Civil or Mechanical Engineer
- At least 3-4 years in construction, Elevator, Escalator installation business
- Knowledge for project process
- Knowledge of project issues (Project problem solving)
- Supervise installation activities to ensure that all established quality requirements are met or exceeded.
- There is experience in controlling working tools and know the shop for preparing and repair as well.
