Responsibilities and Duties

Rotating through different departments or functions between sales, product management, service department to gain a broader understanding of the organization and end to end project operation.
Participating in training programs to learn about sales processes, product and solution basic knowledge and project delivery.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers.
Assisting customers with inquiries and resolving issues.
Other tasks are assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications and Skills

Final-year Undergraduate, Graduation Year: 2026.
Able to work as Full-time Employee.
Graduated in Telecommunications, Network Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration Related Major.
Strong English Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
Customer Service and Problem-Solving Skills/ Potential.
PC and Office Application Skills.
