Job Summary
- Conduct GRS(Global Recycled Standard), RCS (Recycled Claim Standard), CCS(Content Claim Standard) audit services
- Conduct other existing and new C&P sustainability related services to the clients
Responsibilities and Duties
- Qualified Lead Auditor for textile programs (SMETA, GOTS, GRS, OCS, RCS, CCS, RAF, RDS, Regenagri, NATIVA, SRCCS, BCI).
- Responsible for social, sustainability, environmental, and technical audits of different programs.
- Co-ordinates with global team, conduct the audit jobs in Cambodia and oversea if it is required by the company or clients
- Monitor KPIs set by the management team and submit report to the manager.
- Develop good understanding of client to adapt approach and communication leading to maximum client satisfaction.
- Identify potential problems and areas of risk and used initiative to proactively propose solutions.
- Resolve customer queries and problems using effective communication and providing step-by-step solutions.
- Meet schedule using excellent planning and coordination skills.
- Prepare range of written communications, documents, and audit reports.
- Create plans and communicated deadlines to complete projects on time.
- Handle customer concerns and report to the commercial manager.
- Identify issues, analyzed information, and provided solutions to problems for clients.
- Complete onsite audits or virtual audits and risk assessments to achieve regulatory standard requirement.
- Demonstrate consistent hard work and dedication to achieve results and improve operations.
- Develop excellent working knowledge of industry trends and improvements in processes.
- Able to travel to the province, out of comfort zoon and able to travel overseas as per company required.
- Responsible for transaction certificate issues.
- Coordinate with client and responsible for quality & customer service.
- Achieved service time and quality.
- Responsible inspection
Qualifications and Skills
- Garment/ Textile/ Apparel related education background
- Secondary education (high school diploma) at least
- At least 2 years of full time external auditor work experience
- At least 4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Good English language skills (speaking, writing, reading)
- Have the knowledge or trainings about GRS, CCS, and completion of the ISO 19011 (ISO 9001:LA, ISO 14001:LA, ISO 45001:LA, FSC) accredited training courses is plus
- Communication skill
- Demonstrated knowledge of certification body procedures
- Be able to prepare written audit reports that are clear, accurate, and complete, and the audit findings is related to the standard and requirements
- Computer skills
- Email Writing
- MS office, Microsoft Word, Advance Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Cambodian, English language skills or working
