Responsibilities and Duties
- Support daily ink production and operations at customer site
- Prepare and supply inks based on production schedule
- Monitor and manage ink stock and inventory levels
- Record ink usage and production data in system
- Perform basic ink blending and color adjustment
- Ensure inks meet required quality and performance standards
- Support color matching for new designs and provide samples
- Assist customer with technical issues related to ink performance
- Work closely with customer and internal teams to ensure smooth production
- Help identify ways to reduce ink usage and improve efficiency
Qualifications and Skills
- Background in Chemistry, Production, or related field (or willing to learn)
- Basic understanding of production or manufacturing environment
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Willing to work on-site at customer location
- Basic English communication
