We are a premier denim manufacturing factory in Cambodia, committed to delivering high-quality products to international markets. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated professional (local or expat) to join our team as an Assistant Merchandiser.

• Manage and coordinate orders from development through to final shipment.
• Liaise with buyers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and execution.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Handle costing, sampling, and product development processes.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with customer requirements.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Textile, Garment Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3–4 years of merchandising experience in the garment industry.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with denim products.
• Language Skills: Good command of written and spoken English.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
