Responsibilities and Duties

Ensure facility conformance with all applicable local and corporate environment, health, safety laws, regulations, policies and guideline.
Coordinate/conduct EHS training for staff. Ensure that all training is documented as required by corporate guidelines and that records are properly maintained.
Communicate EHS alerts to all employees.
Perform periodic facility EHS inspection.
Monitor follow-up and corrective action resulting from EHS audits and inspections.
Participate in accident investigation and reporting.
Promote positive safety attitude and behavior and safety campaign.
Identify opportunities for hazardous waste reduction.
Maintain the emergency contingency plan for the facility.
Coordinate/organize safety meeting and actions.
Ensure that employees wear appropriate personal protective equipment and that all affected employees receive proper training in the use of the equipment.
Ensure that necessary safety equipment is provided and rules for use are published and observed
Other relevant assignments.

Qualifications and Skills

Vocational School or Bachelor Degree in technical field.
Minimum three years working experience in EHS or relevant fields
Good written and spoken English;
Conscientious, highly motivated with excellent organizational, interpersonal and communications skills.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft application
