□ Position : Technical Engineer* (Local Staff) - 1 vacancy
□ Contract Period : April 2026 – January 2027 (9 months)
□ Work Location : K-water Cambodia Office, Phnom Penh
※ #47, Norodom Blvd., Phnom Penh Cambodia
□ Work Schedule : Full-time, Mon-Fri (08:00 – 17:00)
* Working hours may vary depending on site conditions
□ Compensation : 1,200 USD
※ This amount is inclusive of all compensation, allowances, and benefits. No additional payments shall be made except as required by applicable laws.
◦ Assist in on-site supervision and monitoring for the Phnom Penh ICT-based Smart Water Management System Project
◦ Interpretation and translation support for business development and office operations
◦ Prepare local market and industry trend report to support identification of new business opportunities
◦ Conduct Research on Cambodia’s relevant policies, regulations, and infrastructure status related to the project
◦ Support for building networks with relevant local agencies and private-sector entities
◦ General administrative support, including procurement of goods and office operations support
□ No age or gender restrictions.
□ Bachelor’s degree or higher.
□ Must be able to work full-time starting from the expected date of employment.
