Qualifications and Skills

Plan and coordinate projects, including schedule, rollout, and OPEX/CAPEX tracking.
Conduct site surveys and technical assessments to identify gaps and implementation requirements.
Review and validate designs to ensure compliance with engineering, safety, and brand standards.
Manage vendors and contractors, including technical evaluation, site coordination, and performance monitoring.
Supervise site execution to ensure quality, schedule adherence, and HSE compliance.
Perform quality inspections and ensure defect rectification and close-out.
Control project costs and prepare required documentation, reports, and handover records.
Communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management.
Support project handover, final acceptance, and post-project reviews.
