Responsibilities and Duties
- Collect required government documents for right-of-way acquisition and help create related plans.
- Track and summarize the progress of the right-of-way acquisition to ensure it follows the plan.
- Work with the outsourcing certification manager to verify right-of-way acquisition outsourcers, assist the procurement team with confirming work responsibilities and service items, and help with acquiring right-of-way services.
- Manage the right-of-way acquisition team and subcontractors.
- Review right-of-way acquisition reports and ensure availability of the right-of-way.
- Create and manage the budget for right-of-way acquisition and control costs.
- Collect all documentation related to the right-of-way acquisition process.
Qualifications and Skills
- Min. Associate Degree in related field.
- Good communication skills and proficient in English.
- Experience in OSP, permitting, construction management, particularly in telecommunications, utilities or infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with the permitting process for telecommunication networks, fiber optic infrastructure and utility installations is preferred
- Strong knowledge of the permitting process for outdoor plant infrastructure, including right-of-way (ROW) permits, environmental clearances, zoning regulations, and utility coordination.
