• Acquire and extend customers’ portfolio as well as Loan and Deposit

• She / he will require to work closely with Deputy Head of RB or Head of RB on the solutions for customers

• Measure, analyze, and develop insights into all partnership activities
• Larger Deposit portfolio of Retail Banking
• Reduce significantly the concentration risk on deposit portfolio from key customers
• Compliance, Commercial banking, Branch, Marketing and Credit Risk
• Measure, analyze, and develop insights into all partnership activities
• Design and initiate the strategy to adapt the market change and opportunities
• Other tasks assigned by management.

Required Education & Experience

• Finished bachelor’s degree or higher with Banking and Finance or other related skill
• Min. 5 years of experience in banks/FIs, and especially in Premier Banking as well as experience in credit & sales is a plus
• Be knowledgeable on market developments and opportunities around the banking, and financial services, and the affluence market
• Having work related to Sales & Negotiation skills, strategic thinking.
