Responsibilities and Duties
- Draft, implement, review and update any existing/new policies, guidelines and manuals for risk and compliance functions of the Company
- Check, verify, investigate and report non-compliance/operational lapses and to initiate remedial actions immediately
- Review and update the policies and procedures on Business Continuity Management
- Assist in conducting Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and off-site testing.
- Coordinate Risk and Compliance Committee meetings.
- Prepare Risk and Compliance reports for submission to the Management.
- Act as the liaison between Government entities and the Company
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor in Law, Business Administration, Management and other relevant courses
- At least 1 year of experience in Risk and Compliance functions
- Good written and verbal communication in Khmer and English
- Has integrity and good problem solving skills
- Committed, motivated, dynamic, resourceful and result-oriented
