Responsibilities and Duties

Lead a team of 3D Visualization Specialists for the production of high-quality atmospheric images and illustrations.
Collaborate with graphic and architectural teams to ensure visually evocative style visualizations for presentations.
Ensure timely delivery of exceptional quality visualizations within fixed deadlines.
Generate high-quality atmospheric visualizations and 2D illustrations for competitions and presentations.
Model 3D forms based on briefs using relevant software applications.
Support and lead architectural teams in creating impactful visualizations.
Photograph 3D models for use in 2D visualizations.
Interpret architectural drawings and concepts.
Demonstrate proficiency in achieving high-quality outputs across various media.
Deliver effective in-house presentations.
Performs other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Qualifications and Skills

A recognized bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent
A minimum of 10-year experience in the similar role
Portfolio showcasing high-quality graphical work in a professional environment.
Proficiency in Sketchup, Lumion, Revit, Enscape, and Photoshop is essential.
Strong interest in art/architecture with a solid understanding of design principles.
Experience in photography, illustration, or hand drawing is beneficial.
Experience in creating imagery with a pictorial sensibility is advantageous.
Keen eye for detail, composition, and visual narrative.
Technical expertise in the production of images and illustrations.
Good command of English communication, both spoken and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in a Construction Company will be an advantage
