Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead and assign daily tasks to Aircon Technicians.
- Supervise aircon cleaning, servicing, and maintenance work.
- Check the quality of completed work before leaving the client site.
- Support technicians with technical problems and troubleshooting.
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, chemicals, and PPE.
- Review and ensure Completion Forms and QC Forms are properly completed.
- Communicate and coordinate with clients when required.
- Ensure the team follows company SOPs and safety procedures.
- Monitor tools, equipment, and materials used by the team.
- Report job progress, technical issues, and additional requirements to the Supervisor.
- Coach and support technicians to improve their technical and service skills.
- Ensure the team maintains professional behavior and service standards at client sites.
Qualifications and Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in aircon service and maintenance.
- Technical training or certificate in Air Conditioning, Electrical, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of aircon cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Experience leading or supervising a technical team is preferred.
- Able to use aircon tools and equipment correctly.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong service mindset and professional attitude.
- Able to work at different client locations when required.
- Computer skills, including Google Workplace (Google Doc, Google Sheet) and email.
- Basic English communication skills.
