Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform aircon cleaning, servicing, and preventive maintenance at client sites.
- Inspect aircon units and identify technical problems.
- Perform troubleshooting and minor repairs when required.
- Clean filters, coils, blowers, drainpipes, and other aircon components.
- Use tools, equipment, and chemicals safely and correctly.
- Test the aircon before and after servicing to ensure proper operation.
- Complete the Service Completion Form after finishing each job.
- Complete the QC Form and ensure the service meets company quality standards.
- Keep the work area clean and protect client property during service.
- Follow company SOPs, safety procedures, and client site rules.
- Report technical issues or additional requirements to the Team Leader.
- Communicate professionally and politely with clients.
- Work as a team and complete assigned tasks on time.
Qualifications and Skills
- Technical training in Aircon, Electrical, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous aircon service experience is an advantage.
- Able to use tools and equipment.
- Willing to learn and develop technical skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
- Good teamwork and service mindset.
- Able to work at different client locations.
